Claire’s been a journalist and copywriter for nearly 20 years, writing for The Guardian, The Independent, The Sun, Time Out and a string of consumer and B2B publications. She also had a full-time role as assistant editor at DJ Magazine during the British dance music industry’s late-1990s heyday. These days Claire works as a copywriter and content creator, mixing conceptual work with long and short form copywriting, for traditional, digital and social media.

Claire is a bit of a digital copywriting whizz and has worked with some of the biggest brands in the UK, both in-house at clients and agency side. She recently worked as a commissioning editor on a large B2C digital project for a big US insurance brand and has taken charge as content lead on many digital projects.
