Developer Hammerson wanted to create an international buzz around its latest property – 125 Old Broad Street in London. The challenge: we couldn’t film interiors as they hadn’t yet been finished.

So we…

Used the very latest high-definition time-lapse techniques to create a short film to capture the excitement of the property’s location – the very heart of the financial district.

Resulting in…

A short film that continues to play a key part in Hammerson’s marketing materials through online broadcast, exhibition stands and Blu-Ray. It's distributed to the media on DVD.
