Property company PRUPIM sought to let space at Green Park, its business development just outside Reading.

So we…

David Groundwater – Echosix's head of film and working with River Film Communication for this project – shot this piece in just one day. The film featured office workers getting to Green Park in unusual and outlandish ways, including rowing, riding, skateboarding and peddling a rickshaw.

Resulting in…

Green Park portrayed as a dynamic and go-ahead business base, piquing the interest of a raft of leading companies.
